1. General Conditions
By visiting our site and purchasing "Series 001" textures, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

2. Product Accuracy & Clinical Standards
We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our 11A Double Drawn Cambodian hair as accurately as possible. However, because Noir Blanc hair is a natural, chemically unprocessed product, slight variations in shade and pattern are expected and are a testament to the hair's raw quality.

3. Final Sale & No Modification Policy
As outlined in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. Once an order is submitted, the customer acknowledges that no changes to length, texture, or quantity can be made, as the order immediately enters our quality verification queue.

4. User Conduct & Professionalism
Noir Blanc is a brand built for high-performing professionals. We do not tolerate any form of abusive language or fraudulent behavior toward our staff or through our communication channels. Such actions will result in an immediate permanent ban from the Maison.

5. Limitation of Liability
Noir Blanc shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to, damage caused by professional or amateur chemical processing, heat styling, or improper installation. We recommend all hair be handled by a licensed professional stylist.

6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where our business is registered.
