Your membership includes:
- 4 Maison Resets per year — shampoo, deep conditioning, lace cleaning and your choice of Sleek Straight or Layered Curls
- Prepaid round-trip shipping for each scheduled Reset
- Complimentary minor wig repairs during your Reset
- Complimentary closure replacement labor when needed — replacement closure purchased separately
- 20% off future Noir Blanc purchases after your first 90 days of membership
- Priority processing for wig care
- First access to new wig drops, custom colors and limited releases
- Priority access to limited custom-wig appointments
Your membership follows your Noir Blanc wig wardrobe, allowing you to rotate your Noir Blanc pieces through the Maison for scheduled care throughout the year.

The Maison Quality Standard
Every strand at Noir Blanc is ethically sourced from single-donor,
high-altitude Cambodian heritage hair. We utilize an 11A master-grade,
double-drawn process to ensure uniform density and root-to-tip symmetry. This
is raw, unprocessed hair that maintains its natural protein structure, allowing
for a 3–5 year lifecycle with proper care.
The Unboxing Experience
Your acquisition is presented in our signature rigid magnetic keepsake box,
designed for long-term preservation. Inside, your texture is protected within a
hand-sewn satin dust bag and accompanied by a physical Certificate of
Authenticity. To complete the ritual, each order includes a complimentary
Maison scent sample inspired by Baccarat Rouge 540.
Care &Longevity Guide
To maintain the
architectural integrity of your hair, we recommend a sulfate-free hydration
ritual. Always detangle from ends to roots, use lukewarm water, and air-dry
whenever possible. For the Blanc Wave, a bi-weekly deep conditioning treatment
will preserve the organic undulation. Protect your investment nightly with a
100% Mulberry silk bonnet or pillowcase.
Authentication & Dispatch
Every order undergoes a final artisanal hand-inspection before dispatch.
Standard curation takes 3–5 business days, while Maison Suites require 5–7 days
for precision texture matching. All orders are shipped via premium courier with
signature confirmation required to ensure the secure arrival of your
investment.
